The e-bulletin alerts attorneys to a paper written by Leo Strine, Jr., chief justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, Documenting the Deal: How Quality Control and Candor Can Improve Boardroom Decision-Making and Reduce the Litigation Target Zone. I recommend the paper highly for business lawyers, even those who don’t practice in the area of contested mergers.
